Here's the remaining games. In the PL, we have 9 games away and 9 at home.
I would see us getting 35-44 points, taking us to the 82-91 point range.
of the 9 away games, 9 are games where you would see us possibly dropping points. No games r easy

We seem the most likely to go on a run of wins, with no one else stepping up. We're in a tricky run of fixtures, still look the most likely to win and havent been beaten in the league, for ages.

As you say, no games are easy, but with a little luck we'll grind out a couple of wins and batter a couple of teams to open up an even more substantial lead, so we can all breathe a bit more easily.

Its frustrating when there's so much potential but we're not getting results. And the lack of news re contracts and signings just is a perfect storm for our (the fans) mindset, when really we should be elated...

In our next 5 games Bournemouth (A) should be the toughest - but at least they come at you unlike the super-defence minded Forest (and we should still have won). If you don't get at least 13 / 15 I'll be disappointed. Obviously games 34-37 are going to be very tough but that's a long way off and hopefully we'll be far enough ahead by then that a few dropped points there won't matter.

Oh I assume you think we'll win at Leicester (which you missed from your points total)? I which case that's 44 points not 41 and I'd be DELIGHTED with that (91 points and Arsenal are no way catching that - it would require them to have a record of W17 D0 L1 over the last 18 games) !

Yes!

The most pointless exercise in football is predicting results, what games will be our toughest.

Last 2 title races we were involved in we lost the title against fucking Palace and Leicester, after running through near enough every other team.

I'm not sure it's clear at all that were the most likely to go on a run of wins. It's entirely possible no one goes on such a run and this title race becomes a slog and tightens up.

I agree its entirely possible we dont go on a run, but i think its more likely we do than Arsenal, Chelsea or anyone else.

Basically no match is easy so everyone has a tough 2nd half of the season. Not expecting them to win week in week out.

I still think, despite City's setback yesterday, they're as likely as we are to go on a run. Just that they've probably left it too late unless our wheels really fall off.

I expect that both us and Arsenal will have a mixed bag but the point tally will be close and we'll see who holds their nerve. We play each other right near the end and we've got a tough run-in overall. I'll be bricking it if we enter the last five matches only four or so points up.

Definitely don’t want them coming to Anfield needing to win 2-0 to go above us…. Still have mental scars from that.

In reality our blip consists of 3 league wins, 3 league draws and losing at half time in the league cup. As far as blips go I’m okay with that.

Win the next three and we will look in a much stronger position.

Win the next one and it will do too. Just need to reform that habit. Clean sheets is something we are sorely sorely missing.

There was a book written about that a couple of years back (from an Arsenal fan perspective), including a bunch of stories from Liverpool fans ... of which mine was one (albeit misquoted). I gave a signed copy of the book to my Brother in Law who is a gooner.

If we can end the blip, i'll be elated

I feel like it's only going to end with a loss though...

Might be a small thing but Slot hasnt adapted yet to playing our opponents a 2nd time

To be fair though, Man U played under a new manager with a new formation, Spurs scorer should have been off. Forest though...

Would be interesting to see if coincidences or not.
