He has been a bit non present, same as Assaidi for me. Ibe is trying hard, but sometimes making the wrong decision.

Like I just said, it definitely seems like Henderson is taking charge of all the play at the back, and Coutinho is taking charge of all the play upfront, so yes, it does look like that to me.
