One problem with playing both him and Thiago is that they both prefer to gravitate to the left. I'd consider putting Hendo on the right, Thiago in the middle and Keita (if he stays on) over on the left.

He was great early, when Silva kept following him and opening space behind. After Silva got injured, he stopped following Mané back into midfield.
