Ratings:
Allison 6 - Didn't have much to do really other than pick the ball out the back of the net. Quicker with his distribution and no fucking around.
TAA 6.5 - Steady, provided good support down the right but too often was caught ball watching. Was a bit lucky that Spurs weren't particularly effective down his side.
Roberson 7 - industrious as ever, up and down the wing and a perfectly weighted pass that lead to Firmino's goal. Always involved and pretty solid.
VVD 7.5 - Won everything, a threat in the opposition box too (he was a handful for Gini's goal), made one absolutely superb intervention to bail out Gomez.
Gomez 6.5 - Caught under the ball a couple of times ala last season's form, but other than that pretty good. Great distribution and made a vital block to deny Rose.
Gini 8 - Everywhere, scored his first away goal and was generally a dream to watch, spinning on a sixpence to turn defense into attack. Brilliant so far this season.
Milner 8 - Ditto Gini really, all over the place, unlucky to not have another assist with his cross early in the first half. Thunderous tackles all over the pitch and always wanting the ball.
Keita 6 - Kept the ball recycled quickly and always supporting in behind the front three. It hasn't quite come together for him yet, he's shown glimpses of quality and badly needs a goal. Terrible miss late on that should really have wrapped up the points before the late scare.
Salah 6 - Trying to hard, out of sorts, throwing his arms everywhere when not getting the pass. Don't know if he needs a break or just perseverance. The front three in general haven't really clicked yet, which on this form is bad news for everyone else, because it's coming and someone will get a pasting.
Mane 7 - hit and miss with his decision making but always an outlet and generally the more threatening of the front three. Seems to be pissing Salah off a bit with his inconsistencies.
Firmino 7 - All over the pitch, breaking up play, winning possession back, and tirelessly opening up space for his strike partners. Was at left back at one point covering Robbo, which he didn't do successfully, but it shows his commitment to the team ethic. Got a goal and a poke in the eye for his troubles.

Sturridge 5 - Terrible at closing down, shirked responsibility on the goal too as he turned away from Lamella with a typically half arsed block. Really won't have endeared himself to Klopp with his complete lack of industry, which is quite obviously crucial in this team.
Henderson 6 - Did ok, helped shore things up a bit but should have done better for the Lamella chance that went wide. In this team's current form and his own lack of risk on the ball, is hardly a necessity but a useful option.
