Becoming a habit

Need to knock it on the head.

Points lost from winning positions against Watford, Newcastle, Everton, Arsenal, Chelsea and now Spurs

I wouldn't really count the Spurs game as it was a bit of an anomaly, the pens were contentious, they're a good team, we tired. It happens. I think the addition of VVD and Robertson will make us more solid in general, whereas for those other games, VVD wasn't part of the team, so we can only think/hope that there will be at the very least an increase in overall quality at the back, resulting in fewer breaches of the backline. Not that I have much trust in our system, but I think Robertson has clearly improved us, so should VVD.

38% of Tottenham's conceded goals occurred after the 75th minute.
32% of Liverpool's conceded goals occurred after the 75th minute.

I have to say, I really enjoy @mark1975's posts lately, always sound reasoning whether you agree or disagree (in this case I agree, of course).
