As we all know Gerrard rightfully takes our pen's and if he is unavailable Dirk steps in and never misses. A lot will depend on who is actually on the pitch at the time but is it business as usual or will Adam be given the responsibility.

What say ye?
 
We're blessed with options: Gerrard, Kuyt, Adam, Suarez... On the other hand, when was the last time Reina saved a penalty :-\

I don't even think Dirk should be a guaranteed starter either. He's just too fucking good at pens

Yup.
 
Nothing really - he wasn't always quite so good at it, but he's been a fine penalty taker for a fair while now. I can understand the preference for Deadly though. I think it's a question of wanting to spread responsibility (and the glory that goes with it) around the team a little more.
