The goal keeper has to do better with that shot, it was from distance and not in the top corner, it looked like a fairly routine save to me? I'll never get Spurs, they always look so fucking average against a decent team, but they just keep sweeping aside the smaller teams without hassle, they're like a diet Chelsea. Oh and that handshake?! Jesus wept, it's no mystery why everyone hates Spurs.

The one thing in our favour is England have to remain shit, that much is written, and yet it's hard to see it with both of those cunts approaching their prime. Myself and @Bradley got called that by our English teacher once. He didn't specify which one was which, though.
Yeah, we had a History teacher who used to call kids that when there were two of them misbehaving.
We also had a would regularly call kids 'dickhead', but was so damn amiable & happy whilst doing it nobody actually gave a fuck, & it almost always got them behaving.
Our PE teacher got in trouble for calling one of the lads in our class gay cos he didnt want to play rugby. He actually said something more like "What's wrong with you lad? You gay? This is rugby, just get stuck in & stop being a poofter".
He was actually gay, as it turned out (it wasnt a massive surprise TBH) anyway.
We had a nun teacher who allegedly called someone a wanker, apparently she didn't know what it meant.
Not sure that a brain injury would be noticeable.
Reminds me of an incident involving Digger shortly after he joined LFC. Seems a group of players were sitting around chatting when a tea lady came by and asked most of them what they wanted, the exception being Digger because he'd only just arrived and she didn't recognise him. Digger then asked: "What's the matter? Am I black or something?". 😀

In work earlier a fairly camp kid came in and ordered a drink. When he'd gone I was asking the guy working with me how gay kids got treated in his school, he left school about 5 years ago. He was saying there were 4 or 5 openly gay kids, they didn't get abuse as it wouldn't have been cool and was just unacceptable.
Blew my mind, that's encouraging. When we were at school doing A Levels I can only remember 1 guy who was openly gay. Pretty sure he had a really tough time.
In the school @Athens and myself did GCSE's I can't remember any, possible because it would have been a death sentence.

I went to an all boys school. If someone even did something remotely 'gay' they were terrorised, there's no way any kid would have openly admitted being gay.
That same school now has kids who literally mince in & are completely open about being gay.
One of my mates is properly paranoid about it, we both now a few gay people, & he gets on fine with them, but constantly says stuff like "They're taking over", "Kids will just get confused by so many gays everywhere & on TV". We often have amusing drunken arguments where I point that gay kids have been confused by all the heterosexuals about forever.
