I think we would do ok against Barca. Real I'm not so confident on. They have the pace at the back to cope with our counter and are very clinical in attack.
Bayern/City I'd prefer to avoid over 2 legs. These are teams I'm confident we can beat in a one off game.
The CL is about tactics, quality and luck of the draw. We are not the best team, but we don't have to be to win it (see Porto, Us, Chelsea CL wins).
We just need favourable match ups, where the tough teams draw each other. And we beat one of them in a one off game.
The ideal draw for us would be:
(Real v Bayern) v (Barca v City)
(Roma v Juve) v (Sevilla v Liverpool)

I'd prefer anyone who will come on to us. Not Juve. Barca I want to save for the final. I'd love BM quite frankly. Klopp is a football romantic, and he'd love to lock horns with Munich again. They play football, and that always helps us. Do Madrid in the semis and Barca for the final. Perfect.
I don't want City (they're fucking good), Juve (they'll play shithouse tactics), Sevilla (I just don't want them). Roma would be a good tie, but I'd be worried about them being all Italian and sneaky.
I guess the question is can we play a team that sits back and waits for an unforced error?

I agree on all that, except the fear for Rome. They have overperformed by getting to the Quarters and doesn't have that steel backbone and culture a lot of the Italian teams have shown in the past. Remember were other teams culturebearers have been the Baresi's, Maldini's, Ferrara's and Bergomi's, Rome come from a different angle with Totti and Bruno Conti as their biggest references.
Yeah- the Roma I know is perfect- Haven't seen enough of them this year to know have they reverted to being Italian.

I haven't seen enough myself, but they seem more bound to come up with weird scores than the other ones, which make me beleive they are less solid. However they are Romans, and more than capable of putting in a shift when needed. Still I have that Bohemians more than Craftsmen feeling about them. Dzeko, De Rossi... Nah, we should be able to give them a run for their money. And it is allways nice with a trip to Rome.
