Yeah, it's like saving up Tesco points. You get double points for starting good threads and 20 points for a good post. Unfortunately for me, I was nearly running into a negative points total so I reckon I can only afford one ban this year.

On topic though for a second I have to hold my hands up and say I was wrong about Robbie Keane. At the start of the season I said he'd flop, that he was the worst striker that we could buy in the 20m pound bracket and that we'd end up selling him 18 months later for half of what we paid.

Kuyt has had a good season overall after being fucking infuriating last year, so I'd have to go with him - and possibly as our most improved player of the season too.

In ideal world, we would have another pacey option option for that RW, but the opposite flank needs addressing.

Well I was wrong mate, Jo was a worse than him. And he was sold after 6 months for about 66% of what we paid for him.

Indeed, Kuyt has with great justification recieved shit loads of stick however his strengths outweigh his weaknesses and then some more. Dirk Kuyt is a cracking player.

I'm delighted to see so many join the Kuyt army. We are legion! I backed him throughout last season (and this is not to chastise those who didn't, as I can understand why), largely from a loyalty borne from my respect for his attitude than anything else. And I suppose, because I genuinely felt that his Father dying had a devastating effect on his game. He has for the most part been terrific this season, and I'm delighted for him.

Molby said on his weekly think on the Offal that whilst not being a spectacular player, any club in Europe would love to have him, just because of his superabundant tenacity and will to win. He's a horrible player to face (and not just because of his mangled features). I love him.
