It was the most obvious and embarrassing dive I've ever seen. If they were goin to punish him it should have been done back then, not after some half arsed interview where he admits it. Reprimand him for talking about it if you want but not for admitting it.

Playing devils advocate, I remember listening to ratface neville when he joined sky, and he said that ginsoak told them that they should go down in and around the box with even the slightest of contacts, and all other premier league managers told their players the same. I think Rodgers had to say something, either way they can't win though. Kenny backed him to the hilt and look what happened. I guess from Rodgers point of view, he's protected him, told the press he thinks he's unfairly treated and then Luis says this and it makes him look like a twat. So there was not much else he could do really I suppose. Not the greatest of situations for anyone to be in.
