Wiberg: as with the manager, that depends on who takes over. I was desperate for the club to get out from under Moores and Parry (far more so than I am to see a change now) but look what happened when we did.

Mark is forever the optimist.. he really does see things through Red Tinted Glasses..

Though I do get his point to a degree..

The league is somewhat off it's head at the moment...
As opposed to your blue tinted glasses.

So FSG, in their infinite wisdom, have "listened to the fans" by picking Klopp, after employing their own man in Rodgers, in reaction to "listening to the fans" and employing Dalglish.

And the hugely criticised committee stays, because giving a manager the final say on transfers didn't work after all, when it was given 10 games or so to prove whether it would work.

You couldn't make this hapless shit up.

Right decision. I'll be excited with either of the candidates, although I suspect Ancelotti will be able to attract a better class of player to us. We really very fortunate to be able to pursue such quality candidates.

Why are you being weird again? You don't know that's happening so why are kicking off about it?

With FFP off the table and our current revenue we need a sugar daddy.

The only short term fix is if we stop being a selling club. That means you pay Suarez 350000 a week to keep him. Etc.

That is the only short term fix. Kloop won't change that. How could he?

How do you build continuity when you sell your best player every season?

We might get a manager who can get us in top 4 at best.

Without a burnrate policy nothing is changing.

We are simply too far behind.

I hope they sell us now. I don't like them after this.

Do you have a source for the bit about the committee, mark? I've been hoping the owners would take this opportunity to bring a DOF in as per the original plan.

I can't see klopp being happy with a committee if it doesn't work as swiftly or as effectively as a DoF does. He has experience under a DoF & will know what to expect, so will be sure to tell FSG that.

Hopefully it'll be an announcement of klopp plus a DoF.
