I guess using the CL will mix it up but what happens when we've run out of first teamers and there's still loads left - will sub appearances start counting?

Why?
The drop-out rate isn't very high because Rafa rarely rotates these days and there's no sudden reason for it to change.

We could get to a week where say someone who used kyriakis (whatever his name is) for bolton then uses the other 11/12 regulars whilst everyone else missed out on the greek and so everyone but that one person is knocked out.

I guess but it seems a bit... dramatic, anyway nobody guessed the Greek for Bolton - Jan did but then changed his mind.
