By the way, has the rule against taking your shirt off been rescinded? I didn't see anyone booked for that this WC...
 
I think they use this time because the TV companies wont allow the kickoff to be taken until they have shown a replay of the goal from 40 different angles.

I'm probably quiffing, but the rule is that if all the players are celebrating in the opposition half or outside the pitch, then the other team can start like England did and score a goal. But if one player stays in their own half its not allowed.
Thats why it was pictured more than once that the goalscoring team has one player staying behind - preventing the quick goal.

Really? Well that's a fucking stupid rule, that completely undermines the main rule of having all players in their respective half. It's like the "next goal wins" rules when playing football with your school mates.
