Benteke is massive for us, especially with no ings or Studge. Seeing as he wasn't fit enough to play the whole game on Saturday, it'd be too risky to play him again thurs when it's so far and then again on Sunday. Play Origi.

I mean considering the travel distance (11 hour flight)
That surely can't be right - 11 hours flight ? I saw a jouno's ticket - looked like a direct flight ... and it's only 12 hours UK to here (Shanghai) !

You're right, I was lazy and didn't read what the guy on RAWK wrote over this picture.

Actually it's a 6 hour flight.

Yeah definitely not an 11.5 hours flight as I said. It's 3.5 to Moscow and maybe 1+ hour to Kazan (courtesy of Flight Scanner) plus the transfer at Moscow. Not even a long trip but that depends on the transfer time. I can't imagine the club would not have arranged the best connections. I always prefer having a transfer anyway (for long flights e.g. 7hrs+) to get up, stretch my legs, bite to eat and so on.

6 hours is long enough. Flying bores the shit out of me. Unless there's turbulence, when I'm ever so slightly terrified.

We can't afford to lose this game but Palace is still huge for us. It's not a game to play the kids so let's keep the formation but shake up the side just a little with :

Mignolet; Clyne Skrtel Lovren Moreno ; Can Allen Milner; Ibe Origi; Firmino.

Origi looks better out wide, switching with Firmino

Based on what? The fact that he can't look any worse than he does when playing in the middle?

Based on this, for instance (sorry about the 30 second ads, it's hard to find decent hightlights these days):

Travelling with a strong squad apparently. No one is getting rested it seems.

Christian Benteke and Philippe Coutinho have both flown to Russia as part of a strong Liverpool FC squad for their Europa League clash with Rubin Kazan.

Boss Jurgen Klopp hasn't left any fit first-team players out of the gruelling 5,000-mile round trip to the Republic of Tatarstan - despite the quick turnaround with Crystal Palace visiting Anfield in the Premier League on Sunday.

Liverpool aren't scheduled to return to Merseyside until around 4am on Friday.
It's a sign of just how seriously Klopp is taking the competition as he attempts to secure the Reds' progress from the group stage into the last 32.

Youngsters Cameron Brannagan, Pedro Chirivella and Ryan Fulton have also been called upon for the clash with Kazan.

Connor Randall injured.
Starting to think that Klopp is going to play the same team he fielded against Chelsea bar Firmino.
