But that's not necessarily true. Henry, Ronaldo (R9), Christiano Ronaldo, Gerrard, Zlatan, Zidane etc are all bigger than average and they have proved that theory to be incorrect....

I'd argue the fact that your selected players are all/have been world class to suggest that they are in fact the exceptions to the rule.

He looked pretty quick when he was on fire for the Toon before his injury...also looked a stone lighter.

Obviously injuries have hit him hard but surely he's well on the way to coming back to full fitness by now.

Hope he hits the ground running this season...i'd back him to hit 20 goals if he plays like he did for Newcastle in the first half of last season.
