I can impose Discouraged sanctions as punishment on these users if you like.. 🙂

Discouraged users are subjected to annoying random delays and failures in system behavior, designed to 'encourage' them to go away and troll some other site.

Unfortunately it doesn't work that well as expected, we tried it @Rosco a while back but he is still here.. 😀
