NESV - Get him to the Greek(s club)

Look I know you rate him KHL. Whether it is because of his nationality or his ability I can't tell.
I don't see a HUGE gap between him and Ngog myself so considering Ngog cost 1.5mil and Bender is likely to cost more than that, a good bit more. I don't see the point in buying him.

27, 60 goals in 90 games for Benfica. He'd be an instant hit in the Premiership. Loads of stories these days that Benfica have money problems, and will have to sell some of their stars. David Luiz, Contraeo etc.

Fair play.

In my opinion as has been said there's more than one level between the two. I like N'Gog but he's not yet ready and reliable as Torres' partner nor sub.

In my opinion we'd look far better with a player of Bendtners quality and build alongside or in behind Torres.

Cole............................Raul..........................Gerrard................................Kuyt

..................Bendtner...............................................Torres..............................

Could we then add a few players like Afellay or Hazard we'd look a far more potent and attacking-minded team.

We need another striker as well as Ngog and Torres. It's not an either Ngog or Bendtner situation.

You could be right mate.

I for one wouldn't mind him either. A big strong lad too. Only questionmark is whether he'd be able to adjust to the Prem but he certainly looks like he's build for it.

I'd personally love to see David Luiz beeing brought in as well.
 
I'd be pretty gutted if we were buying Bendtner to go into our first team.

Bottom line is that he just isnt good enough.

Our transfer policy must be that we buy players who go straight in to the starting lineup

For the last time I've only promoted Agger, Kjær, Bendtner and Eriksen on here whilst I've suggested we should take a closer look at the likes of Saric, Zohore and Zanka for the future. And yeah, then I defended the Poulsen signing.

There are thousands of Danish footballers even a few in our current squad I either 1) don't believe in (Hansen) or 2) haven't seen enough of to make a judgment (Køhlert).

There's Danish 'things' I despise too if you must.

The looming intolerance against certain groups, certain people and certain religious beliefs. I hate that with a vengeance and don't understand the need for it especially in a country like ours that is pretty well-run and wealthy. I know it's not a Danish invention in particular but still it's ugly face has shown itself here as well.

I kind of dislike the way people are always complaining about taxes too. Yeah they are a bit high but when it's often coming down to it it's all a matter of: Do I get £100.000 after taxes or 120.000 after taxes. It's called greed.

I thought Stig Tøfting the footballer was a cunt and Schmeichel often pisses me off with his major United love-in.

I could go on but I won't. It makes an otherwise lovely Friday a bit moody.

this is going back a bit, but does anyone remember Digitiser on channel 4 teletext, their computer game page? it was run by some minor comedy genius who was always coming up with deliberately unfunny jokes with ridiculously tortured punchlines, just like 'Get him to the Greek(s club)'.

it was pretty, pretty good.
