As I said in the other thread, at least he's consistent.
 
He wasn't going to get a look in today did anyone see that moment, coming up to 60 mins I think, he got passed the ball just outside our area and within a second there were three red shirts closed him down and clattering into him. 🙂

Everytime one of their forwards got the ball, we seemed to swamp them, tactically I thought we were excellent.
 
Agger was impeccable today. He obviously saw it as his personal mission to make sure Chelseas new striker had a shite day.
He snapped into him the minute he got the ball and gave him no time or space all game. I thought he did an absolute number on him today.

It's a measure of how well the team played that I couldn't find a place for Agger in my MOTM top three. On most days a display like his today would have got him in there for sure.

Yeah he did, though our backline was set up for it, everytime one of their "three" got the ball, they were surrounded.
