Torres was the most printed name on PL shirts for last season (2nd year running). Interesting enough the whole Man Utd attacking line was on the top ten. Must be quite a lot of frustrated wankers out there as the season went on!!

1. Torres, 2. Gerrard, 3. Rooney, 4. Fabregas, 5. Arshavin, 6. Lampard, 7. Drogba, 8. Owen, 9. Carragher, 10. Tevez

The season before:

1. Torres, 2. Ronaldo, 3. Gerrard, 4. Rooney, 5. Berbatov, 6. Fabregas, 7. Arshavin, 8. Walcott, 9. Nani, 10. Lampard

I've only ever seen one person in an Owen Scum jersey.

And he had Downs Syndrome.

Owen is a surprise.

Carragher is a pleasant one.

No it isn't Brendan, one of my family who lives in Oldham bought one with Owen on just to wind me up, because she knew it would hurt!

Nani

I mean, really?!?!?

This can only have been a cost saving exercise from the parents due to paying per letter.

Still, got to be worth an extra quid for Giggs, surely.....

Maybe he has bought them himself as he is preparing his next "sell on booklet" and wants to tell the potential buyers to neglect his injury record and rather look at the commercial record ;D

Oh there's a good number of those around...

I'm not sure if I'm mentioned it; but I was forced to go for the Manc game in Kuala Lumpur last year and there were a good number.

There was one I remember though which was funny : 'What's the only ship that's never docked at Liverpool? The Premiership'

Funny but pathetic that even in the FarEast, the Mancs are obsessed with us.

There was even one or two morons who wore the Owen Scum shirt to the Liverpool game in Singapore; they were jeered and heckled so badly that the stewards actually escorted them out of the stands and forced them to change.
I hope they got twatted...good times.

if that was from domestic sales Id be amazed, most Utd fans i know hate Owen and would be quite happy if he was moved on. If its based on foreign sales then its sad but predictable, marquee name player at most commercially succesful club = $ales

Or perhaps it is a gift from a grandchild to a football mad Gran!
