Unfortunately this is bang on the money.

Kenny/Comolli decided on British players and very average ones at that. Bellamy and Enrique have been brilliant. We could have got someone like Javi Martinez for the money we paid for Henderson.

Rafa was the only exception. Torres, Mascherano and Alonso were exceptional. Could have ended up with Aguero, Silva, Villa, Mata, Alves etc if he had been given the money.

Then when he lost it, could have bought Barry. Then there was Keane. ???
