I was driving down there road and i used my phone for about 30 seconds, after that some tard pulled in beside me and wound down his window and started saying something to me.
Anyway i put down my window and he told me driving whilst on the phone is an offence, i asked him is he was a policeman, he said yes, then i asked him if he was on duty (which he obviously wasn't) and he said it doesn't matter i've got you number and you're reported, you're booked. I'm pretty sure theres fcuk all he can do as he is basically a member of the public when he isn't on duty? But i could do without any more points.....
What an absolute wanker he was driving like a dick behind me too, speeding right up my arse, he must've wet himself when he seen me on the phone.
Can anyone enlighten me as to whether this weener can actually get me in trouble?
