My girlfriend brought mobile broadband on Vodafone over the weekend without checking what the coverage was like in her area, it gets delivered, is really slow and then I check for her and theres near enough no network coverage for Vodafone mobile broadband in her area.
Problem is she's thrown away the box. The returns policy for purchasing online is 7 days so was wondering what the likelihood is that they would take it back even without a box since she can barely use it?
