Milner

He's been good at LB but we need a proper one. Plus, compared to Moreno, Stephen Hawking would look good at LB.
I do wonder where he will fit for Klopp once someone else is at LB. But then there will always be injuries and Milner is competent anywhere basically.

We must bring a left footed left back but I think you are mistaken to think he won't still be one of the first names on the team sheet.

You could probably count on one hand how many better left backs ahead of him this year that are performing as consistently as Milner.
He's been very good and is the definition of a top pro but you'd expect it from him.
There is far more pressing issues that need sorting first.

He'll still be our first choice left back, and that kid from Fulham will be back up.
I wouldon't be too unhappy with that to be honest. We have other priorities.

The need for a left footed left back is very clear when we struggle to break down teams that defend deep.

Milner always needs to cut back inside and we lose momentum to stretch sides.

Currently we only have Mane who can do it as even Clyne prefers to cut inside than attack the by line.

We desperately need a left back.
