Some mention of Napoli and £20m - sounds ludicrously made up
More like Celtic and 2 millions

It's more the idea of an Italian club paying proper money to us. We usually accept loans
Reina is out of contract soon.
Hmmm
Belgian publication Het Nieuwsblad claim that Napoli would be prepared to pay €20m to sign Simon Mignolet. (@LivEchoLFC)
That's a generous amount for an average goalkeeper
Sold
I blame Brendan fucking Rodgers for bombing out Reina and bringing in half the goalkeeper in Mignolet....
What a fucking mistake that was.
The golden rule that our best players for problem positions are those who aren't playingA lot of hope and expectation on here being placed on Danny Ward.
Who can't even get on the bench, nevermind get a game, ahead of Mignolet and Karius. He can't be much fucking chop.

Hahaha!!😀
Based on his form for Huddersfield last season, he's better than both our shite goalkeepers.A lot of hope and expectation on here being placed on Danny Ward.

It's impossible to judge a keeper based simply on the way they play with other sides imo.Based on his form for Huddersfield last season, he's better than both our shite goalkeepers.

Nah, I saw a thread on a Huddersfield website (about 8 months ago) in which they were discussing his loan spell and whether they should try to re-loan him or buy him for this season and the general view was he was nothing special; he had had a few decent games but also a few dodgy ones. This was a few weeks before he became a hero for them in the playoffs with several penalty saves during their 2 penalty shoot-outs. If Huddersfield fans weren't convinced about him at Championship level it's hard to optimistic about his chances.Based on his form for Huddersfield last season, he's better than both our shite goalkeepers.
You know why Reina was good for us ? - its really simple - he did not give a flying fuck about what we as fans thought about those times when he screwed up. He was good because he was a 'man' unto himself - did not give a fuck what we cunts thought of him and Rafa gave him free reign. When he made mistakes (which he did) - he would just shrug it off immediately and continue like nothing had happened - he had an inner arrogance and confidence. Essentially his reaction was to tell us to fuck off and it worked.
I actually blame a lot our own support for magnifying the mistakes of our goalkeepers since the David James era. It has not stopped - continuous insults and magnification of their errors to the point where the keeper's position was just not his anymore. They became nervous and would feel like they were under watch by the fans, the media and every fucking non-goalkeeping pundit. I understand from reading that De Gea was like a disaster when he started but they United gave him another chance and now look at him.
I saw that Spurs keeper make a howler a few weeks ago - I think he got beaten at his near post or something - but there was just one bad comment from the commentators and it was like he never made an error for the rest of the game. If it was ours - its analysed under a fucking microscope - and its done because we keep going on social media and saying Ming is shit, Karius is shit and by the time we have finished the whole world thinks he's shit, including the goalie himself. It's not good what we do - give the guys chances to make the mistakes, and eventually he may come good. Let the manager make the call - it should not be us because I think we have made the situation worse. Ming was not doing too much wrong to replaced by Karius like that.
