Several of them are 30+ and I can't see them scoring as many as last season
 
Anyone who thinks Rooney is going to have anything other than a massive negative effect on the blueshite isn't thinking this through properly. He is WAY over the hill, doesn't warrant being anywhere near their starting eleven, but in their efforts to welcome him back as the messiah back from the wilderness, they are going to set the team up to start him more often than not and that is going to fuck them up big style. Look at the opening fixtures, they play something like 4 of the big six in the first 5 or 6 games. They will be closer to relegation zone than top four come the end of September.

I was a little more concerned when they were rumoured to be getting Benteke. With Sigurdsson and Baines whipping in those deadballs they would be a real threat.

Then they got Rooney. And if you look at that front line of Bolasie, Rooney, Lookman, Miralles (don't know anything about Sandro), none of them are any good with their head. So it's a little puzzling what they are trying to do there.

They have no strikers. Midfielders look too defensive. They have no speed.

All that after 200m spent.
 
They're paying 48 mill £ for Gylfi fucking Sigurdsson. They're blue, bitter and deluded.
