That would be report to UEFA who have the owner of PSG as one of their big wigs then.
I can only begin to imagine the gravity of the punishment

Yup. The UEFA executive committee headed by PSG chairman will take this complaint very seriously. Neymar contract extension for 300 million to follow.

PSG are driving football to a very weird, comic book fiction place. That said, I'm glad Mmbop has finally decided on his immediate future, because the constant speculation had become one of the most tedious things in existence.

This has implications for Salahs plans I imagine. Although Hazard and Salah are nothing alike, I do wonder if Madrid would be willing to spend heavily on a attacker in this age bracket after getting badly burned with Eden.

Yes, I think it’s very likely they will sign an aging striker named Robert.

I’m a little lost on this complaint thing.

RM and PSG both met his demands and he chose the French team. As soon as it was announced the Spanish League think the deal is a threat to football and want PSG sanctioned.

Did they do anything to stop their own member, RM, from matching the PSG terms? Would they have protested if he chose RM?

Isn’t the protest about FFP?

Madrid earn over a hundred million a year more than the inflated income of PSG. They’ve jibbed off Ronaldo, Ramos and now Bale. 0 transfer fee. About to be champions league runners up.

They can afford it. How can PSG?

It's an odd one. The amount more they have to pay is a tax on their own lack of any real draw.

He won't be as significant a player on the world stage because of the decision, and it will hinder his development, but they are making that up with cash.

Real offered the same deal.

PSGs accounts are what City's accounts should look like, they aren't able to hide all the shadey deals due to French laws.

What La Liga is saying is technically correct. It's just a bit pot calling the kettle black, when Real Madrid and Barcelona have been doing the exact same thing for over 30 years.

Whatever spin La Liga are putting on it, ultimately their concern here is their own TV rights. They thought Mbappe's arrival would boost their income from selling coverage of their games and their noses are now out of joint because it isn't going to happen. They probably are right to allege financial skulduggery on the part of PSG but it's their own bottom line that's really driving this.

Can we tempt them into spending £150m+ on Salah or Mane, now they need a “big name”?

Sure it was and, if there's anyone out there who believes that, I have some bridges in London I'd love to sell you.

Indeed, all I can say is that if the contract stuff about him having a say in the manager etc is true then they are one f*cked up club. Unbelievable this whole thing, the people running City, and PSG seem to have some hold over UEFA. Hope they never ever with a CL .

I'll be (unpleasantly) surprised if that many egos in the same squad add up to winning Bigears. Football's ultimately still a team game.

Wonder how Wijnaldum's feeling now after hitching his wagon to that freak show.
