I hope this doesn't mean pep in! He's due to announce this week where he'll be next season....

Haha! Well funny. It's clear he'd lost the dressing room. I just hope Pep goes to City and Ancelotti tells them to do one. I bet Hiddink will be parachuted in until the end of the season.

Less than 10minutes at the training ground for the squad Goodbye....

....just enough time for Hazard and Fabregas to retrieve their knives from his back?!

Hiddink coming in according to "sources slightly-more-reliable-than-others-amongst-the-usual-Twitter-shit-storm"

Ancelotti is taking over from Pep according to usually reliable German papers.

But Guardiola and Simeone won't be going anywhere until summer, at the earliest. So why not just wait till then and sack him at the end of the season?

Unless they're convinced his relationship with certain squad members is so toxic, they can get a 'bounce' from an interim appointment, which they have done more than once before.

Mourinho sacked twice, Ancelotti once. I'm not sure that's a great way to entice a really top manager in. Guardiola wouldn't be up for that sort of trigger-happy environment.

Scott Minto on Sky claiming that now all the top clubs will think twice about hiring Mourinho.

Like. As if. He'll be back in a top club in his next job, because he wins trophies.

Doubt he'll get another job in England any time soon, but he wont be out of work for to long imho.

PSG maybe?

I think most United fans would have him over LVG.

But yeah, PSG or Monaco or maybe even back to Madrid. I hope Chelsea regret this forever.

3rd season syndrome continues ...

Wiz - that is true of him. I think with him - at first for most players he seems inspirational, then they get use to him by the second year, by the third year - the majority of players in the team he manages probably can't handle him and just crack mentally - followed by bad/below-par performances.

And on top of everything else, after all this time most people still seem to think his name is 'Ho-say Mourinio'.

I actually do call him 'Ho-Say' but only to wind up the chav purists. I rather hope that's why most people do.

I really love the delicious irony of his last game was a defeat against relegation favourites (at the start of the season) and one managed by Ranieri of all people. Awesome stuff.
