Manquillo

He was really attacking when we were 4 at the back though. He won the penalty against that Bulgarian team and ended up charging down the opposition keeper many times.

Maybe we're just trying to keep him under the radar so Atletico Madrid doesn't invoke their call back clause in the summer. Then we pay them 5m in the new year to seal his move.

According to The Guardian, that's the terms of the deal anyway:

The 20-year-old defender underwent a medical on Merseyside earlier this week and has finalised a transfer from the Spanish champions that may allow Liverpool to make the deal permanent, for a fee of around £5m, should he settle in English football. Atlético can break the loan arrangement and recall Manquillo for a fee next summer while Liverpool have an option to buy the player outright in 2016.
