Another reason Man of the Match season totals is stupid is not all games are the same. An amazing showing to beat an in form Spurs team is better than a shit game where you lose to Aston Villa. Why does the MOM in those games deserve the same point scored? There could be such a gulf in performance and affect on the game.

I'll give everyone 10/10 for effort.

Thought it was a great effort against the chavs in their own back garden, and on another day we could've went on and won it. What I loved about yesterday, is that we didn't give up. We fucking gave it everything we had. Ok, it just wasn't enough at the end of the day, but it was a performance to be proud of. If we could've played like that all season it would've been a very different story.
