He's been anything but "incredibly effective" until yesterday Portly. He was superb last night in fairness but it's gonna take many more performances like that before I "get" him.

Lovren not far behind in 4th for me, and a respectable case could be made for another two or three players as well. Great to see.

Y'know, I'm fairly sure I've never fucked up the spelling of "Lovren" before, so I don't know why I did it this time.

However, Lauren Lovern can have my vote any time she wants.
