Although I recognise Wijnaldum as the best player overall.

Fair enough.
I'll go with that too.
And Salah deserves some praise for letting Bobby take the second penalty.

Yeah i know Firm scored a hattrick but Wijnaldum was exceptional today IMO.
 
Firmino - that second was pure poetry, he had some sublime moments today.
Shaq. - surprised he wasn't mentioned by more. He was involved in everything from back to front, for at least 70 mins. Only faded out once we had the match banked.
Gini - superb midfield domination, he was awesome, again.

Tough to leave out Lovren, VvD and Mo. who were all awesome too.

Ive been a big critic of Bobby this season but credit where its due he was excellent today and hopefully he kicks on now and replicates his form last season

Probably not the thread to debate this but to say he didn't have a good game, he certainly made mistakes, is to devalue the other excellent work he did in midfield. He and Gini ran the game.
