Lallana - It was frustrating watching our lads trying to control and pass the ball all game. It was refreshing to have Lallana on the pitch who actually looked like a footballer.
Moreno - His goal should have stood. He tried I suppose.
Lovren - Won his headers, made a few interceptions. Allowed Wijnaldum a yard of space in the box for the goal though.

If you look at the whole season so far then Lucas have probably been our best player together with Coutinho. Some fans will still blame him for everything. Lucas is one of us and he love the club. Yes he can play shit some games but is the heart of the team. He is our real captain, not Henderson or Milner. Lucas is the heart and soul of the team.
The reason to why we are seventh is IMO that Klopp wasn't available before the season. I doubt that we would be seventh if Klopp had joined us six months ago and he would have been able to spend a lot of money in the summer transfer window.
Instead Rodgers got the money. A few of the players that now play for us would have been sold. I doubt that Klopp would have signed Benteke for £32m or Milner on a free for example. I do believe that he would have signed Firmino. Sterling would probably still be here and he is a Klopp style attacking player.

Klopp was interested in Benteke when he was Dortmund manager. I suppose my overarching point is that no team can win a title with a player as mediocre as Lucas starting regularly in such a key position. Whenever he has played regularly for Liverpool, rather than as back up to far more gifted players like Macsherano, Alonso, Gerrard et al, we usually hover around 7th place.
