To be fair, if we had any other player playing LWB short of Downing, we would have scored a few more goals.

The amount of the ball Cissokho had in attacking areas versus the amount of attacking threat he actually created is not a good thing. Either he needs to learn to cross properly or he's basically a bigger, more unwieldy Enrique.

I didn't see the tackle, and maybe it was great. Kudos to him.

It doesn't take away from what was a pretty awful performance. He was directly at fault for their second goal if you want something completely damning. Everything else was also completely dire. Passing, positioning, overlapping.

It's completely laughable that you think he's the MOTM.

Was it? I remember quite a few inch-perfect balls to Suarez and Sturridge but I'm very capable of huge brain-farts on Monday mornings, maybe they were passes as opposed to dead-ball situations.
