Lucas has agreed to move to Inter in the incoming transfer window, acc to La Gazzetta dello Sport

Apparently Inter will offer £4m for him, i'd be happy to let him go.

Served the club well but he is 30 now and not getting any sharper.

At this age he'd be better suited to the Italian league and the pace of it.
 
We've been here so many times before without anything happening. 4 mill £ would be good.
 
With Gomez back I think the time is right. He has a role to play in the squad but if playing time is offered at Inter and we're getting £4 million and possibly a chance at getting Gabigol, I think it's a good move for both parties.
 
well, er , I'd actually like to keep him around until the summer , he's been completely dependable so far this season and who knows when we might need his experience .. Im happy with £4million but in the summer , please

Keep him around for what...genuinely, better off using stewart or grujic.

In summer, we don't get 4m for him.
 
right cause they've ever done a job at CB , neither have proven much yet both have potential, Italians always low ball , im sure we could get similar from another European side.

I get it , he's not great but so far this season , when required, he's been solid and then some . Don't bite your nose off to spite your face

Yeah, I dont think Klopp will sell him unless we get Thiago Maia or someone in now.

Inter appaz wants to sell Kondogbia. Maybe there is a deal to be done there

We won't get £4 million in the summer. He's out of a contract.
I don't have to convince anyone regarding my support for Lucas, but I'd take £4 million right about now.
 
Reports are that Lucas is wanted for a 6 month loan so the 4 million is a pie in the sky figure. If he leaves it will be for a nominal fee

He's also proven to be an absolute disaster....He was part of a joke defence that conceded 4 to Bournemouth.

He's 30 years old and as slow as a sloth, now is the best time to sell.

Yes, doubts remain about Lovren and Klaven, and Gomez has not played a game for us at CB. I'd much rather he continue at LB where he was flourishing before his injury.
