This one was clearly inspired by the cover of the U2 album Boy.

It looks like they've got someone who's got a locked in syndrome of some variety and the SOS are propping him up in various poses

This. In fact those are still two of my main criteria.
 
I had a single webpage up ages ago with a liver bird on it and got a cease and desist mail from the club. I told them to fuck off, they don't own the image and that was the last I heard of it. Mind you, this was about ten years ago.
