City and Spurs too.United and Chelsea are quite startling in their quietness
Fred and jorginho? That's it?
Well, Rob green and Lee grant too like
They did that mainly by getting rid of WengerArsenal have done well and have addressed glaring issues for the first time in about 15 years.
Spurs ain't going to spend £65m on an unproven teenager. How have chelsea gone from being a team in crisis and player limbo to a team signing Higuain, Pulisic etc and keeping Courtois and Hazard.
I cant see it.
Not saying we WILL sign, but I doubt Chelsea will.
Maybe Spurs.
I don’t think Pulisic is that unproven really and it all highly depends on whom they might sell. A hand can be forced.Spurs ain't going to spend £65m on an unproven teenager.

I'm glad you said it, their signings scream of Europa League to me. I guess the plan for them is to balance the team, and they hope their top quality attack will carry them through. They have still bought a bit average though. Torreira looks exciting. But Leno and Sokratis are meh.

Gonzalo Higuaín has agreed to join Milan on a season-long loan from Juventus, with the Argentina forward set to move to San Siro after the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo earlier this month.
Higuaín, who had been a reported target for Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri, held talks with Milan officials this week after being told he was free to leave the Italian champions and has now agreed a deal that will see him remain in Serie A. It is understood that Milan will pay an initial €18m (£16m) for the loan with the option to make the move permanently for €36m (£32m) at the end of the season. As part of the deal, the Italy defender Leonardo Bonucci will return to Juve from Milan a year after he left for €42m, with Mattia Caldara set to move in the opposite direction.

WTF? Only in Italy this kind of stuff can be possible. What a weird transfer window!
Who is RMC?According to the Times, Willian didnt report for training and that Real have bid 65 mill £ for him.
RMC reporting that Courtois has been allowed to leave once they sign a replacement.
RMC also reporting that Barcelona are keen on Hazard.
Higuain has agreed a move to AC Milan. Loan with an option to buy.
Its probably make or break for their top 4 chances if they keep Hazard, and how well they replace Courtois.
