Is it me or is this window very quiet.
Weve done a bit as have Arsenal, West Ham and Fulham.
Little else happening. Given there are 9 days left it seems eerily quiet

United and Chelsea are quite startling in their quietness

Fred and jorginho? That's it?

Well, Rob green and Lee grant too like

Real sold Ronaldo – but where is the replacement? Where is Hazard or Neymar? De Gea or Courtois? Their fans will riot if they don't spend the Ronaldo money.

Maybe due to the silly prices everyone wants to sell someone for stupos money before they buy.

We're lucky as we already sold the cunt in January, whilst Arsenal have a decades worth of sales saved up in their bank account.

We've obv had the best window of the English clubs. Arsenal have done OK too.

If I supported any club I'd be fuming though, esp spurs, who I think could be in serious shit at some time this season, not least cos kane will have had very little rest & has to run his bollocks off every match upfront on his own.

Yeah Real surely have to make a big move don't they?

Spurs will do what they always do: buy some useless lump on the last day for a fat wedge that won't even make their first team.

Arsenal have done well and have addressed glaring issues for the first time in about 15 years.

How have chelsea gone from being a team in crisis and player limbo to a team signing Higuain, Pulisic etc and keeping Courtois and Hazard.
I cant see it.

Not saying we WILL sign, but I doubt Chelsea will.

Maybe Spurs.

Spurs ain't going to spend £65m on an unproven teenager.

Barca have according to Marca asked Spurs thrice now for their valuation of Eriksen and they have simply refused to even give them a reply.

I think part of the reason for the quiet window so far is down to wealth. This may seem contradicting but think about it, none of the bigger teams (and the total amount of competitive teams are constantly increasing) really don’t care about selling their best players and they dont need to either, unless the player himself wants out.

The Shaqiri’s etc will move about alright and the prominent youngsters from the lesser Leagues as well but when the big clubs have a hard time convincing others to sell their best ones the market will stagnate somewhat. Having said that a few big moves like Hazard and Pogba could however really stir it all up.

They have still bought a bit average though. Torreira looks exciting. But Leno and Sokratis are meh.
I'm glad you said it, their signings scream of Europa League to me. I guess the plan for them is to balance the team, and they hope their top quality attack will carry them through.

Sokratis was a very good defender but is on the decline, getting slow and has trouble with keeping a cool head these days.
He had his worst year for Dortmund last season and awful stats. According to the Bundesliga experts he was a "evident crack in the crumbling structure". I'm not sure he's the defender that will help their defence stop conceding stupid goals, when he could be one of the biggest culprits.

Leno hasnt developed much in the last few years after being very promising. Error prone, which he already showed in his first game for Arsenal. Dropping a cross that they scored from when losing 2-1 to Brentford. Not sure what to expect from him in all honesty.

Torreira looks exciting and is their best signing. That could prove to be a bargain.

Gonzalo Higuaín has agreed to join Milan on a season-long loan from Juventus, with the Argentina forward set to move to San Siro after the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo earlier this month.
Higuaín, who had been a reported target for Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri, held talks with Milan officials this week after being told he was free to leave the Italian champions and has now agreed a deal that will see him remain in Serie A. It is understood that Milan will pay an initial €18m (£16m) for the loan with the option to make the move permanently for €36m (£32m) at the end of the season. As part of the deal, the Italy defender Leonardo Bonucci will return to Juve from Milan a year after he left for €42m, with Mattia Caldara set to move in the opposite direction.

WTF? Only in Italy this kind of stuff can be possible. What a weird transfer window!

According to the Times, Willian didnt report for training and that Real have bid 65 mill £ for him.
RMC reporting that Courtois has been allowed to leave once they sign a replacement.
RMC also reporting that Barcelona are keen on Hazard.
Higuain has agreed a move to AC Milan. Loan with an option to buy.

Its probably make or break for their top 4 chances if they keep Hazard, and how well they replace Courtois.
