Sure thing you didn't put "Game Over" in there. Caused all sorts of problems that did.

Good comfortable win considering we weren't really at our best but that's one of the things that comes with having a confident team in some decent form .

Was great to see Suarez get a goal , i think he can get very frustrated when not scoring and perhaps try a little too hard to get one . But that's just a minor thing , his work rate and effort on top of the skills he has is just brilliant to watch . It's exciting watching us now , waiting for him to do something brilliant.
I think my favourite moment of the game was the pass from Johnson into Suarez's feet in the build up to the 3rd. It was played into a tight space to a player well able to take it and turn into a dangerous position . It's something Barca do , playing in tight spaces, and it can really hurt a defence if you're able to do it and great to see we have a player who can offer us that now.

One thing though , long term I'm still not sure if Andy Carroll is going to work out for us , nothing to do with his cameo today it's just i think we've been playing some good skillful , passing football at times and not sure he fits into that . When he's on the pitch we have to be more direct and it seems to impact on that nice style. Hopefully we'll be able to adapt him into that style and well I guess we have to give it until the end of next season before judging. Let's see .

yeah i pretty much agree with this, carrolls first touch just seems a bit poor, but im confident he'll find the back of the net for us more than enough next season. I dont think Suarez has been his best for the last couple of games to be honest, he tends to run into players, understandable though considering how well he has ran past defenders in the past, and a couple of his shots were well wide, but i think i expect a lot from him because i know what a great player he is.

I think the title race is over anyway. Too late for Chavs to challenge (and they're not guaranteed to win at OT)

[/quote]

That makes no sense at all Jimmy ... if the Arse can win today and the Chavs win at OT then they are ahead on GD.

Agree with Carroll making the team play differently but I think that's a good thing. It allows us to mix it up a bit, become less predictable.
