Well it fucking matters to me. We support Liverpool. As a by product of that we hate Man Utd. The latter should never supercede the former except when we play them.

Celebrating us potentially losing a game is wrong. And people on here are doing that, and not hiding it in any way, shape or form.

In an ideal world, I agree with you Spion and watching the game today, I can't help but want us to win because at the end of the day, that's what supporting your team is about. That said, you are no-one to be telling anyone what's what. If people want to make this utterly miserable season that bit more forgettable by not handing Utd the title, that's their prerogative.

I wouldn't call you a bad fan for wanting us to gift United the league, so I don't see why you should hog the moral high ground. We've already done this discussion in the Chelsea Sunday thread, and I think it was split about 50-50. There's no absolute right and wrong - it's just a matter of opinion.

I'm not actively supporting Chelsea in this game - it would feel way too weird - but it's impossible not to think of how hollow any victory (and especially a draw) would feel, given the likely consequences.
