We seemed somehow nervous in the first 20 minutes and had no control, but since the goal Wolves barely approached our goal, bar the "penalty." Interesting that we started with Hendo at DM and after 10 mins or so, he switched positions with Gini. The commentator said this was probably to offer extra protection to Neco, but I think he got exactly backwards. This was an attacking move; Neco is staying deeper than Trent normally does and doesn't produce anywhere near as many crosses – so Hendo going to the RCM was a way to engineer some of the attacking threat from the right wing. A lot of the time, Salah would actually come infield, leaving Hendo high up on the right. A final confirmation of this being an attacking move is that as soon as we went ahead, Hendo and Gini switched their positions back.
