It's easy to say with hindsight but Mignolet must be the least motivated player at the club at the moment and playing Ward might have been the wiser choice. Or even wiser than that if you've picked a first choice keeper then play the fucker in all games, it's not like keepers need as much rest as the outfield players anyway.

I don't know any more.

It's definitely a personnel issue in some areas, that much is certain.

But the system is also at fault. If teams escape our press, we are absolutely fucked. The attempt to cover is frantic, panicked and usually pretty dreadful.
