Which is why he should not be here anymore in the first place.

Gomez has frankly been a train wreck in his 5-10 mins cameos this season.
Even when he starts he hasn't covered himself in glory either.
Rightly 4th choice.

Fabinhos passing today was fantastic. MoTM by a long shot.

Oh and Kane's "hold my face while Lovren touches my neck" moment really pissed me off.
I wanted to ring his neck the dirty piece of shit.

He's one of the biggest cheats in the premier league. But he's English, the captain of the national team and a media darling, so it will get swept under the carpet.

He's a dirty piece of goal scoring brilliance ... I hope he enjoys another trophy less season the twat

this was a weird game.
hendo shit the 1st half, scores key goal to get us back into the game.
from their goal to the ~80th minute, I think that was our best performance and yet - Son scores the open net and we're losing or drawing best case scenario.
salah missed so many ops - game winning peno
Lovren ... well he's Lovren.

I don't think Hendo was shit in the first half. He made one error in the centre of the pitch that against all odds resulted in a goal. I do think that affected him a bit for 5 mins or so, but after that he was fully involved in that dominant performance.

Despite Spurs having the merest scraps all game, Son was an absolute pest. He's just a superb player, and would be a great fit for us.

Salah missed chances, but as ever, he worked so hard himself to make most of those chances. His pen was shit, I hate his penalties.

Lovren is indeed Lovren. He did have one moment though where he covered to shepherd the ball when VVD let the ball bobble over him. But he does not inspire confidence.

We were boss for periods. We could've twatted these cunts in the first half

Unlucky not to equalise in first half in my opinion, keeper did a good job keeping them Infront

Massive three points

Link me with bluemoon please so I can find the page where there enthusiasm evaporates and the conspiracy theories begin

I think Hendo is having his worst run of form in a while mate - I don't hate him, honest but I just think he needs a break. But after today's goal, I say play him ... Could be a turning point for him.

Son is INCREDIBLE - one of the best players in the world when on form. If Salah moves on in the summer (He may - as madrid will come in for him), I'd take Son over Sancho ...

My kids didn'd understand why my Boks jersey went over my eyes for a bit ... his penalties take days off my life ... but so far, the last two have been great! 🙂

My only concern about Lovren is ... that Gomez has lost his mojo.

Agreed, but he often plays RB which isn't his position to be fair.

There's somebody with a sense of humour at Sky who doesn't like Kane. Did anybody notice before the game the Liverpool v Spurs banner advertising the game had a picture of someone who had absolutely no chance of being involved--- Harvey Eliott. I thought, that's strange. The only function he could possibly serve in the context of Tottenham is to remind the viewers that Harry Kane talks like he has a brain injury.

Gomez will be back to his best at CB in time IMO but he really shouldn't play at RB ever again. Put Millie there, or give Hoever a go, if we need to replace Trent.

On the subject of Kane, I'm not convinced his form would survive a move away from Tottenham. I reckon if he did leave he could well turn into another Torres, having chased supposedly greener pastures but found instead that he'd left the best of himself behind in a situation from which he should never have departed.

He's a proper cunt and it bothers me that the entire world doesn't see it.

Best win of the season. Very dominant and barring keeper heroics would have been 3/4.

Hope Salah is ok for 2 weeks

Hope we have Matip back for the city game but imagine if we turn on the intensity like we did the last 70 mins of that game.

Better not end being “one of those days”.

In fairness it’s been a long time since we had ‘one of those days’ so much so it’s actually a bit silly to even describe any game that does that way as it’s so rare.

I can’t even remember the last one.
