Cole is a player who does often *seem* better than the end product. I was hugely dismissive for a while, then he had a period at Chelsea where he looked like the player the whole country thought he would be. Then he was injured again.
It's fair to say he hasn't really done as much as his purported talent would suggest, but if he keeps fit and stays on form, he'll be our player of the season

I quite like him back there, he just needs a proper partner. He's a much more dangerous player when moving forward onto a ball as opposed to when he played ahead of the ball with his back to goal a lot last season.
