So we go to Sevilla, who are unbeaten at home in a full year.
The group, and qualification, is not a forgone conclusion at all. Lose at Sevilla and that's winning the group gone (Sevilla will win it), and that will leave a home game vs. Moscow that if we lose we're out. That said I think we'll win both breaking Sevilla's 1 year unbeaten home record, Mane & Lallana should both be back (it's after the International break right) ?
If that happens (and we win the group) then likely opposition will be : Real, Bayern, Juve, Porto, CSKA or Shaktar.
2nd in the group and it's looking like : Barca, Roma, PSG or Besiktas.
fucking hell mate !!! - just turned the tv off after watching the highlights from todays game and listening to roy keane - "Liverpool going nowhere..." - kind of feels like it this season doesn't it ? - still - part of me is thinking we are gearing up to go all guns blazing mid-december or start of Jan. I have some hope in me despite it being most likely miss-guided hope.
At this point, some poster should be asking for the manager to be sacked and replaced with an ex-manager.

Yes, we've had a couple of bad performances and we have looked shaky at the back but at the same time it's November not April and we still haven't actually had chance to play our full strength team yet. Lallana is one of the key links from midfield to attack and one of our best pressing players he is back soon, Coutinho missed the start of the season injured or sulking and has picked up another injury yet he too has played pretty well when on the pitch and Mane has been injured or banned from the majority of games...
IF we can get centre back improved at Christmas and maybe have a look at our goalies then we may well do some rather nifty things this season and either way It certainly isn't over yet for us....
But then I am a blatant optimist.
Lol, we beat Maribor. People rave.
While they rave Spurs just beat Real. I mean beat them...
And here we are celebrating a win against Maribor.
I wonder who used to lead us to wins against Real, Barca, Juve etc.
