Liverpool v Manchester City - Match Thread

Everyone is just ignoring the fact Silva handled it first.

It's mental, city lost a goal to Tottenham for this exact thing. They know attacking handballs aren't allowed at all but they're deciding to drum up controversy with Trent.

Had to avoid this thread cos you lot are so far ahead of my rivulet.

Lovren scares the shit out of me, we're giving Aguero too many chances. But we're so dangerous on the break
He hasn't been that bad, seems like lovren is learning to compensate for his lack of pace with more intelligent positioning...but I am surprised city haven't tried to exploit and expose him earlier

He’s actually been quite good, but that does not align with people’s agenda.

Yea not saying he has done anything that bad, I'm just not confident in him.

He's done well in terms of controlling his aggression but he's played City on or been in position to do so on a number of occasions. Still a bit worried as a result.

Lovren always seems to need two chances to clear a ball.

Massive 45 minutes. We have to play better football and keep the ball

Pep just take the defeat graciously you cunt

2nd half hasnt kicked off and he's still ranting like a spanish waiter who doesn't get his £5 tip

Mahrez was looking at someone phone earlier and showing people,I think he has caused some VAR hassle on the bench

I just don’t get it, with what we have been told about the hand-ball rule that has to be the definition of a penalty: why has it not been given?
Why on earth does nt Michael Oliver not take it upon himself and look at it on the monitor?
Later on he will see that decision and know that he got that wrong.

Fuck right off sutton
