Liverpool v Leicester Match Thread

Thats about the twentieth time that Kasper has booted the ball up to their left winger, and Robertson's just watched it run out of play, that would drive me mental as a Leicester fan.

These cunts of ours keep doing this - one high scoring game and then complete aparthy shit in the next game. It's all too predictable, and so are the missed chances.

Like I said, Mane is playing in 2nd gear. He’s not the same. Half hearted attempts at winning balls. Gives up running mid-way. He looks like he’s throwing a massive strop. Either that or he’s clearly lacking in confidence.

In the Arsenal game it was obvious that he was only joining about 1 in 3 counter attack opportunities at full pace. I wonder whether he is still trying to work on game management and not tiring himself too quickly.

Swabrick is the worst ref ever, gives us absolutly nothing.

We should be infront, hate this fucking Leicester team

Joke goal to concede, one of the worst of the season actually. Add to that a few golden opportunities to score and it's a Liverpool game by numbers.

This team just makes me want to do a Modo and fuck 'em off.

Ref has been diabolical though, it has to be said. But yeah, we've been typically wasteful and Can is a pedestrian, overrated cunt.

Yeah, I'm not gonna bother watching. Sounds like your typical Liverpool game.

I think he's been told not to push his sprinting so much. His pace is definitely suffering following the injury so it would make sense.

Better this than what they've done to destroy Suarez imo.

They are doing a very good job of limiting the time our players have on the ball in the final third. We need some more composure and patience. The chances will continue to come. Would like to see Lallana & Ox come on. Lallana ASAP as his ability to play against crowded defences is essential.

Mane exasperates me. Even last season he seemed reluctant at times to use his pace to maximum effect, and this season he seldom seems inclined to really run past players who are clearly slower than him. In fact, he seems reluctant to do much of anything in this game. He really needs to wake up and show some fight.

I'm starting to wonder have we avoided seeing Mane's poor form in the winter last season because he's been injured and then went to African nations cup? His stats with Saints show a clear drop off in form when it gets cold, maybe he is just seasonal like that?

I know Salah is our leading scorer, but his conversion rate is very poor.
He should have scored twice. I hope we're not going to regret his misses.
Pity because we did have some chances.

Sounds plausible. He's out on the pitch for the second half, hope he improves

I'm actually watching the game despite being on vacation.
Not impressed by our midfield at all. Matip was mainly at fault for the goal, but he wasn't alone.
We generally look good but we just havent got any luck out there.
