Just astonishing. He's a legend.
Astounding. Just as astounding is the amount of people I hear saying we should sell him to buy X or Y.

He's so massively underestimated by our fans & I genuinely don't understand it. He's literally had to reinvent himself after being continually jumped on & fouled with no protection from refs since that 44 goal season, & is now a physical monster who assists almost as much as he scores, despite most teams making him with two players, making him the most effective forward in English history, & has also started working on his weaker foot a lot more too, & still gets astonishing figures.

Yet, apparently, we should cash in on him. Fucking mental.

Fabinho is doing fuck all again. Midfield is a wasteland, and even quick ball or movement leaves him stranded.
He's nowhere near match fit. No way of fixing that without playing him though, sadly. If we get through on Wed & Hendo is coming back it looks like we'll benefit from getting him back to form long term.

Final pass needs to be better, more urgency, more tempo.
Whilst I agree, I'd bet good money klopp has told them to go out & do some 'death by passing' for the first 15/20 minutes of this half to kill their spirit & their legs, which means they will be trying their utmost to not lose it.

Been a long time since I’ve said this, but we need another goal to grab a two goal cushion.

He'll be fine, no doubt.

It's just a terrible time for having to play him off-form.

Bear in mind the importance of Wed, & it's clear the last thing we want is to push too hard for a third, concede when doing so & have to push all out for the last twenty minutes.

I think we'll try to play as much possession as we can & maybe try to get the odd chance now.

The Ox trying to step up his game. must have noticed the subs warming up 🙄
I like his goals, but his all round game as a midfielder in this side is a fucking nightmare. He never stays where he should & Fabinho is continually dropping to his side to cover for him. Which just led to that chance, indirectly.

He's not showing for the ball at all, resulting in our passing angles being very predictable into the fullbacks or front 3. Very flatfooted too - both in and out of possession.

Remember when we had Coutinho and players looked to him whenever he played in centralish midfied? Looking at is now our defenders just bypass the midfield when attacking, sometimes that works but times like today you need a creative type in midfield

He's a fucking liability and shouldn't be playing
