Keane is a shit bag pass it on.
Ha ha klopp giving Keane shit for saying we were sloppy!
Never seen Keane shrink like that!
He's backing off now hahahaha!
Laughing my ass off at the Arsenal TV guys:
Our midfield deserves huge praise today. They can be a good worryingly lacking when Henderson or Milner aren't playing, but not tonight. Utterly dominant performance. That was a welcome stop forward to me.
That the others arent as fit 😉
So glad we didn't let Arsenal back into this.
I don't wanna hear about how much better Arsenal are or how well Arteta is doing.
We dominated them today. And the only reason the score is respectable is because a) we gifted them a goal and b) our finishing sucked.
Watching Mr. DT on afTV and he says we were much better but that:
a) Mane's forearm was an elbow ... I think yellow was fair. Clearly was going to shove his chest, and it raised. Red would have been very harsh.
b) Lacazette should have made it 2-2
c) Jota's goal was handball. When you watch highlights, touches upper part of arm ... not fussed ... ;-)
The mixture of long and short balls we played was beautiful to watch. A bit like the old days when we could play either style depending on what the opposition did.One thing Ive noticed when we come up against teams that try and press us is we end up in a sort of stand off, we push high up the pitch on them and they do likewise to us. Where we tip the balance in our favour is we have Alison, Trent and VvD who are all capable of hitting accurste 30 or 40 yard passes to render the press useless. I havent seen any other team that has the ability to vary their play between long and short to break out of the press. It makes it so much harder fir teams to keep running those extra yards to press us when they know we can just switch outball and go on the offensive. It will be even worse when Matip and Thiago are available.

Mostly true. Though yeah not always a good loser and there have been some excuses over the years 😀Just watched the clip only now.
Keane got owned by Klopp. Hahaha
In all these years, i've never seen Keane being put on his spot ever before like that.
This is how you treat bullies. You stand up to them, yet without malice.
It's interesting to see Klopp gradually replacing the mantle once held for so long by Ferguson. Ferguson's team used to dominate English football for almost 2 decades and nobody dared stand up to him and those who did, would normally be lulled into a treacherous trap of resolve to see who cracks first. And almost everyone defeated by his mind games would hardly recover. He was the master manipulator in that sense.
But Klopp is entirely different. He doesn't resort to bullying, unlike others, shows utter disgust when anyone in his team behave like cnuts, instead he emphasizes on things like sportsmanship, hard work, respect & integrity - all basic qualities that you'd expect players to understand from an elementary level, which realistically, doesnt happen most times. When he wins, he's magnanimous. When he loses, he's honest in defeat and seldom complains or blames, but finds ways to improve again. These are all qualities admired during Shanks' time, and Klopp's making old school look cool again. He really is the hero of the working class, isn't he ? He epitomizes it, lives it and thats why he endears to so many people, including rival fans. He sees players as people first and not just another multi-million galactico jigsaw piece.
Gosh, i can go on and on. He's such a breath of fresh air and even a bully like Keane grudgingly knows that.
And Fabinho ... and yesterday Gomez too, he had a tremendous game, even running past 1-2 players to break the press. One thing Ive noticed when we come up against teams that try and press us is we end up in a sort of stand off, we push high up the pitch on them and they do likewise to us. Nah. Looked worse than it was. It wasn't a flying elbow, it was Bellerin (?) running into his arm, as Mane tried to fend him off, more than anything.Loads of my mates who supports other teams were crying about Mane still being on the pitch.
So, should he have been sent off?
