Is that really true? I assume we would need to present this injunction to the Judge and he'll throw the case out before the hearing, but that's based on absolutely nothing. Someone clarify?

3.40pm: Sachin from outside court 18: It is clarified by the board's legal team that they are looking for an order which lifts the owner's injunction. They also want an order which prevents owners from obtaining another injunction in any country except this one.

I can take a joke, but a lot of people were needlessly worried.

I was gobsmacked; I couldnt believe that a senior judge in an English court would do something so idiotic and I reacted.
