4.12pm: Back to outside court 18, where Lord Grabiner is speaking again: He says that the owners made no reference to damages claim during trial at High Court. Wrong then that they should make damages claim in Dallas.

The fact that he said he only wants a few minutes may be a good sign. I'd expect him to want longer if Hicks and Gillett had succeeded in creating the confusion they're clearly after with the Texas proceedings. Fingers and the rest crossed.

The end-result, the same buyer bought the team, for nearly $100 million US more, but ALL the money went to the creditors. Hicks didn't see a single bit of it.

Well, it's vital he gets not only the decision but his reasoning right, to avoid opening other avenues of appeal.

So the idea is that they get this injunction, present it to the judge in Texas, argue jurisdiction, and then if Hicks doesn't like it he'll do what all Texan CUNTS do; claim part of Mexico by crass imperialism, then win an injunction there?
It'll be called Hickstonia. It's got the word hick in it. They won't struggle for population, not with Texas so nearby.
