hicks has played a blinder.

* sale to go through last week - ILLEGAL changes the board

* LFC legally given freedom to sell

* hicks takes out injuction in AMERICA

* injuctions stops us from selling but leaves HIM free to sell his shares as it is not part of the injunction

* the new owner of hicks' shares is then free to purchase the debt from RBS (doesn't need board approval for this)

hicks gets his money

In 2008 the good judge received beaucoup funding for his failed campaign to win a seat on the Texas Supreme Court (yes, in Texas SC justices are VOTED into office). One organization caught my eye - K&L Gates LLP. Why? Because they provided Mr. Jordan with $10K in campaign contributions. One of the head partners for K&L Gates LLP is one Vester Hughes. Mr. Hughes shares multiple board seatings at various organizations with one Tom Hicks.

Dallas Civic Leaders Council
Cooper Institute
Dallas Museum of Art

Mills Financial owns Gilletts share because of his debt default. My basic understanding is that the Board have to approve the sale of any shares therefore its unlikely that they could assume ownership of Hicks shares unless he was indebted to them and defaulted on his repayment with his Liverpool shares put up as collateral.

I'll wait for Broughton and Co. to get things done and issue a statement before believing anything in the print media.

They bought Hicks shares for less than Par and will now profit handsomely.

Mill will have bought/taken control of shares in the parent companies. They will have not been able to change LFC board.

So, the basic premise is that Mills bought the illegally sold, allegedly defaulted, leveraged debt shares before the constantly moving deadline day imposed by RBS - without the consent of the Chav supporting, Snake riddled LFC board.

But can they sell their shares to mills? Making Mills the majority share holder and free to pay off RBS by friday?

The fact that we have this hearing this afternoon is very good news, certainly better than the 25th Oct date. I think the hearing will make it clear that their injuction is not a valid one.

I don't think you need board approval to sell your shares, you certainly don't need board approval to pay of debt (if the money you use is in no way secured on anfield assets).

NESV's case would be they bought the club last week and were ILLEGALLY stopped from doing so.

My gut instinct is that this is all part of the groundwork that hicks is laying down for when he sues LFC/NESV in order to get back some of the money he will lose on his ownership of liverpool.
